Hi! Please fill out the form on the newsletter for your information to be added to the newsletter and more!
Google Calendar- please refer back to this on the website, officers will be posting events and event details on the calendar and you can move the blossoms google calendar to your personal google calendar in order to have it more easily accessible
How to contact officers- please make sure you are being respectful when contacting officers. Please contact us through our BLOSSOMS emails, you can find the officer contact sheet on the members only page of the website
Conflict Forms and Meetings- you must submit a valid excuse with documentation via a conflict form to aggieblossomsvp@gmail.com before 5pm on the day of the meeting
Additionally, if you cannot attend a meeting you MUST submit the meeting minutes form otherwise you will get a demerit

Hi!
Breakdown of where money is going– As treasurer, I set a budget for every exec! For example, PR got $3000 dollars for the shirts that are included in our dues.
Dues- first payment due tonight at 11:59PM, next payment is March 4 (two weeks from now)
Scholarships- thank you to all who applied, decisions have been sent out!

PREF FORM DUE for bigs and littles! Please have all your dates done before this time so that you can pref 5 people
Conflict forms for retreat due- anyone who cannot attend must submit a conflict form by this deadline
RETREAT-
Follow retreat 101 document that was released! It has the itinerary and lots of info you need to know!
Please carpool as best as possible, BUT littles and bigs are not allowed to ride together
Drivers must email aggieblossomssisterhood@gmail.com a picture of their valid driver’s license and auto insurance
