Meeting Minutes 4/15/24



We had a guest speaker from Aggie Muster. Please review the slides if you are interested in learning more. 


Emily- Pres

  • Point plans due tonight

  • You only need one if you are going to formal on friday

  • Approvals will be sent out this week

  • Please be respectful in Blossoms communication

  • Execs work very hard to plan events while working with university guidelines and it is not always an easy job. Please be sure that communication is kept respectful especially in our large group chat where it is easy for conversations to spiral. 

Hannah- VP

  • This is my last meeting! I have had a great time being your VP!

  • I will be in CSTAT on Wednesdays next semester, so let me know if you want to hang out!

Legacies, Legion, and Alpha Delta Pi presented their philanthropy events– Bowl and Brunch, Cookoff for Camp Sweeney , and ADPi Fundraising Week. Please review the slides to learn more.


The 24-25 President and Vice President were announced. Congratulations Leslie Castillo (President) and Emma Peterson (Vice President). Executive Board applications will open this week. Please keep an eye out in Band and Linktree. 


Emily- President-

  • Please fill out point plans if necessary. You must have all your points and 2 or fewer demerits to attend formal in Austin. If you do not meet this by 4/15, a point plan is required. Email point plans to aggieblossoms@gmail.com by 8pm on Monday April 15. 

  • You will be receiving point and demerit balance emails this week, so please be on the lookout. 


Hannah- Vice President

  • PR sale closes on Wednesday 4/3

  • You can earn .5 points per post up to 1 point

  • 1 point for each item you buy or sell

  • You may not sell to girls that go to TAMU and are not in Blossoms

  • Items will be bulk shipped to me and passed out when they arrive

  • Does your date have to buy a ticket if they aren't spending the night? 

  • Yes. The money goes towards the venue as well 

  • Is there a bar tab? 

  • No, it added way too many complications to do for our first out of town formal especially with the hotel cost being covered. Drinks will still be available for purchase! 

  • Do you have to pay for your hotel room? 

  • No. Everything is free for gen mems, date tickets are $35 and the only cost. 

  • Do I have to get all my points to go? 

  • YES. or at least have an approved point plan
