President - Emily

● Please be aware of what you share on social media! You should NEVER drink in Blossoms

apparel (shirts, gameday pins, hats, etc)

● Be sure to submit conflict forms to the correct exec and on time!

Vice President - Hannah

● Committee assignments are on the website! Under our ‘Members Only’ tab, select ‘Committees’

at the bottom and it will display the spreadsheet

● Everyone should now be on the point sheet

Secretary - Elyssa

● If you can’t make it to a meeting, please email your conflict form to

aggieblossomssecretary@gmail.com by 5pm the day of the meeting and fill out the

corresponding Meeting Minutes

Treasurer - Leslie

● First payment is due September 29th!

● Scholarship decisions will be sent out this week before the first payment

Historian - Sam

● Join Photocircle

● Please fill out the ‘Birthdays’ Google Form so we know your birthday!

● 10/21 group pictures - Mandatory

PR - Mitibella

● Fill out the Google Form to let me know what y’all want to see in PR this semester!

● PR sale will be around October, more details later

Service - Alyssa

● If you do not show up to an event, you will receive a demerit. If you remove your sign up for a

service event within 24 hours of the event, you will receive a demerit

● 10/3 Community Cafe - 1 point for attending, 1 for wearing a shirt

Recruitment - Emma and Sara

● We are still working on putting in all recruitment points! Hang tight!

● Thank you for all your hard work during recruitment and helping us get our new members!

Sisterhood - Bryanna

● Last sisterhood event of September - 9/28 Resume Review

● PETALS - Fill out the Little Interest form by 9/29 for your Bigs!

● 10/2 - 10/13 Big/Little date week

● 10/4 - Slide Night - Big & Little group event opportunity

● 10/22 - Retreat/Reveal - Mandatory

Fundraising - Lainie

● 10/14 Cheer Station at the Buffalo Stampede Half-Marathon, 7am - 11am

● 2 points for being a part of cheer station, 1 point for making a poster

● Limited spots available, more info TBD!!

Social - Megan

● 9/27 Pickleball/volleyball mixer with Rho Delta Chi, 7pm at Thomas Park - 1 point for attending

Philanthropy - Haylee

● Krispy Kreme profit share is still going on through 9/30! 1 point for purchasing, 1 extra point for

bringing to a Blossoms event

● 10/16 -10/31 Costume Competition, entries close 10/24, more info on the infographic being sent

out soon!

● Please fill out the point form for Philanthropy events! It makes it easier for me to keep track and

ensure you get your points!

Personal Development - Hailee

● RSVP for CPR training by 9/30, either in-person or online, 2 points for attending

● Submit what interest group you’d like to be a part of or want to be a group leader for by 9/30!

● Group leaders work with me to plan events and log attendance, group leaders will also earn one

extra point per month

● Submit Career Fair attendance by 9/30, 1 point for attending
