please do not be afraid to ask! We want to help you!
Secretary - Elyssa
● You only have to submit the Meeting Minutes if you miss the corresponding meeting that week!
● I will do my best to get the Meeting Minutes uploaded on the Tuesday following the meeting
Treasurer - Leslie
● 4th payment due November 13th
● Make sure you got your Trunk or Treat reimbursements!

Historian - Sam
● I’ll be getting pictures back in 2-3 weeks and upload them ASAP
● Please fill out the birthday form <3
PR - Mitibella
● PR sale is still open and closes on Monday, Nov 6
● Cannot sell to women that currently attend A&M but are NOT in Blossoms
● 1 point for each item bought, .5 for each post (max of 1 point)
Service - Alyssa

● Pen Pal assignments are up on the service sheet! They are in groups this year

● Western themed AGI mixer at Toku 12 on 11/10 from 9pm-11pm, 1 point for going, 1 point for
dressing with theme
● Gents tailgate mixer on 11/11 for the Mississippi State game, pull with your Blossoms girlies!!
Time is TBD
● Semi is on 12/2 at The Corner from 8pm to 11pm
● The theme for Semi is Winter Wonderland and attire is short dresses, but wear whatever you feel
comfortable in!
Philanthropy - Haylee
● World Vision Kits coming in late November, we will deliver them during 12 Days of Service
● Costume contest winners will be announced Wednesday!
● 2 point requirement for Kickball Tournament - 1 through ticket sale or purchase, 1 through other
means UNLESS playing
Personal Development - Hailee
● Study Session 11/2 from 8pm-11pm at Sweet Eugene’s, .5 point per hour stayed
● Keyboarding/Excel workshop 11/16 from 6-7:30pm in Gilcrest 202
